Senior Business Analyst (Contract 6 Months)
Salary: ฿40,000 – ฿55,000 per month
About the role
This role involves analyzing and gathering requirements from clients and relevant departments to design appropriate solutions. You will receive feedback on system issues and improvements from the Customer Support team and users, then design system structures, workflows, and documentation to support development teams.
Key responsibilities
Analyze and gather requirements from clients and relevant departments to design suitable solutions
Receive and incorporate feedback on system issues and improvements from Customer Support teams and users
Design system structures, System Design, and workflows for development team implementation
Write blog posts explaining system functionality
Break down work into tasks or user stories in JIRA or other project management tools
Coordinate with development teams and stakeholders to ensure systems are developed according to requirements
Test systems before deployment to production to verify they function as designed
Support and provide guidance to relevant teams on system usage
About you
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst (BA) or System Analyst (SA)
Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum Methodology principles
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to communicate requirements clearly
Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with technical (Dev) and non-technical teams
Proficiency with JIRA or other project management tools
Experience with FIGMA (preferred)
Background in UX/UI, API, SQL, or system testing (UAT) (preferred)
