What you'll lead & influence: - Partner with investment operations, portfolio management, wealth management, and technology teams to gather and define business requirements.
- Analyse current processes and design future-state solutions across investment operations, fund administration, registry, and reporting functions.
- Support enhancements across unit pricing, fund administration, wealth platforms, and investor-facing solutions.
- Translate business needs into clear, structured functional specifications for delivery teams.
- Drive data integrity, operational efficiency, and reporting accuracy across systems and workflows.
- Engage and manage stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful delivery outcomes.
- Contribute to new product launches, platform improvements, and broader transformation initiatives.
- 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst within financial services.
- Demonstrated experience working within funds management, investment operations, or wealth management environments.
- Strong understanding of fund administration, investment products, registry functions, or wealth platforms.
- Previous experience delivering change initiatives within funds and wealth management businesses is essential.
- Proven capability in requirements gathering, process mapping, business analysis, and documentation.
- Experience working in Agile and/or traditional delivery environments.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills across both business and technical teams.
- Ability to bring clarity and structure to complex and evolving challenges.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
