- Lead analysis across complex transformation workstreams
- Develop high-quality business and executive-level requirements
- Engage with senior and executive stakeholders
- Work closely with Business Architecture and delivery teams
- Support process modelling and improvement
- Extensive Senior Business Analyst experience
- Strong banking or financial services experience
- Proven large-scale transformation experience
- Understanding of core banking platforms and processes
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery experience
- Jira, Confluence and Excel experience
- BPMN or Signavio experience advantageous
