Senior Business Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join a dynamic project environment and act as a key link between business stakeholders and IT teams.

In this role, you will be responsible for gathering, analysing, and translating business requirements into effective solutions while ensuring alignment between business expectations and technical delivery. You will work closely with business representatives, project teams, and subject matter experts to support change initiatives and drive successful project outcomes.

Your Responsibilities

• Collecting, analysing, and documenting business requirements

• Translating business needs into clear and actionable functional specifications

• Ensuring proposed solutions meet business objectives and operational constraints

• Acting as the primary point of contact for functional and data-related topics within assigned projects

• Supporting feasibility studies and solution assessments

• Identifying dependencies, impacts, and risks related to proposed changes

• Collaborating with stakeholders to clarify and consolidate requirements

• Supporting user acceptance testing activities and validating delivered solutions

• Facilitating communication between business users and delivery teams

• Participating in governance forums, workshops, and user committee meetings

• Contributing to the continuous improvement of business analysis practices

We Are Looking For

• At least 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst

• Strong experience in requirements gathering and stakeholder management

• Ability to analyse complex business processes and identify improvement opportunities

• Experience working closely with both business and IT teams

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and facilitation abilities

• Experience supporting testing and business validation activities

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

• Good English communication skills

• Experience working in international organizations

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies

• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar collaboration tools

• Experience with process modelling techniques such as BPMN or UML
