Our sister professional service company, Stellarmann, is seeking an experienced data focused Business Analyst with strong London Market and Delegated Authority expertise to support their Insurance client with mapping Data Flows across Delegated Authority

You'll facilitate workshops with business stakeholders, capture and map end-to-end processes, and produce high-quality data flows. The role requires someone who can confidently challenge existing ways of working, identify improvement opportunities, and help design more efficient future-state processes.

Key Requirements:

• Proven Business Analyst experience
• Strong London Market insurance knowledge
• Delegated Authority expertise
• Extensive Data Mapping and Data flows experience
• Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to influence, challenge constructively, and drive outcomes in a fast-paced environment
