Senior Business Analyst – Digital Portals

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support the development of employee and client portals, websites, and web content platforms. You will bridge business needs and IT solutions while working closely with Product Owners, stakeholders, and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Act as the link between Product Owners, business stakeholders, and IT teams.
• Lead stakeholder workshops and facilitate requirement discussions.
• Contribute to the portal and digital roadmap.
• Support web and portal development projects.
• Analyze business processes and translate needs into effective IT solutions.
• Ensure a consistent and high-quality user experience across platforms.
• Support Agile/Scrum delivery and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant Business Analysis experience.
• Proven experience with complex projects involving web technologies, portals, or web platforms.
• Good understanding of IS concepts and business process analysis.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in a financial institution is a plus.
• Agile certification is an advantage.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Good knowledge of at least one national language: Dutch or French.
