Senior Business Analyst [E-commerce]

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst with a strong e-commerce background to become part of our team.

This position involves connecting business requirements with technical solutions, collaborating with stakeholders to develop marketplace platforms and digital experiences. We're looking for someone with practical experience across both B2C and B2B e-commerce solutions who excels in a dynamic, fast-changing setting.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the business team to understand and analyze business needs, objectives, and processes
• Conduct interviews, workshops, and stakeholder meetings to gather and document comprehensive and accurate business requirements
• Partner with stakeholders to define business requirements, ensuring business goals align with technical solutions
• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
• Develop flow charts, documentation, and visualizations to clarify requirements
• Handle multiple requirements and priorities simultaneously across active initiatives
• Adapt flexibly to ambiguity and shifting business priorities
• Meet deadlines and deliver quality results under pressure

Requirements

• 3+ years working as a Business Analyst on e-commerce or digital transformation projects
• Background in digital marketing domain (content management solutions, PIM, DAM, etc.)
• Solid grasp of marketplace platform functionalities and e-commerce concepts
• Practical experience with B2C and B2B e-commerce solutions, with clear understanding of their differences and complexities
• Skilled in requirement-gathering techniques, flow-chart creation, and requirements documentation
• Analytical thinking with strong problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Excellent organizational abilities to handle multiple requirements and priorities
• Familiarity with Agile framework
• Experience using requirements management and visualization tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
• Adaptable and flexible, capable of navigating ambiguity and changing business priorities
• Capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines, showing resilience in a fast-paced environment
• English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level (B2) or above
