The successful candidate will have a minimum of 8 years’ experience in a Business Analyst role, with strong requirements elicitation, process mapping and stakeholder management capabilities. You will be a confident communicator and collaborative team player, with the ability to work across different business areas, manage competing priorities and adapt quickly to changing requirements.

A snapshot of your key responsibilities as Senior Business Analyst would be:
Lead the analysis and documentation of as-is and to-be business processes, using Microsoft Visio, maintaining a comprehensive library of process documentation to support business needs and continuous improvement.
Lead requirements elicitation workshops, interviews and stakeholder meetings, translating business and functional requirements into clear, actionable user stories in Jira.
Work closely with business users, product owners and development teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and delivered solutions are fit for purpose.
Support testing activities, including test case development, execution, defect management and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring comprehensive test coverage and business readiness.
Maintain appropriate change request discipline, ensuring requests are documented, assessed, prioritised and managed through the relevant processes.
Advocate for high-value delivery, proactively identifying and supporting initiatives that deliver significant business impact.
Support business readiness and change activities, including training materials, user communications and stakeholder preparation for upcoming changes.
Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders across business areas, proactively managing relationships, expectations, priorities and deliverables.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, tailoring communication appropriately for both business and technical audiences.
Support project managers with planning, coordination and delivery activities as required.
Manage multiple deliverables and projects concurrently, prioritising effectively in line with business requirements and changing priorities.
Work confidently across different business functions, demonstrating flexibility, resilience and a broad understanding of business needs.
Requirements:
8+ years’ experience working as a Business Analyst within complex business and/or technology environments.
Strong expertise in business process mapping, with demonstrable experience using Microsoft Visio.
Proven experience in requirements elicitation, analysis and documentation, including the creation of user stories in Jira.
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, with experience working across varied business areas.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both business and technical teams.
Demonstrated ability to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions.
Exposure to Jira and other Agile/project delivery tools.
Experience supporting testing, UAT and defect management.
Experience working within project delivery environments, with exposure to project management considered an advantage.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, projects and deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive, self-starting approach, with the initiative and drive to identify opportunities and deliver results.
Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to respond positively to changing business priorities and requirements.
Strong collaborative skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
