  • Collaborate with architects, developers, product teams, and program stakeholders to assess impacts, dependencies, and implementation considerations.
  • Support the identification of platform gaps, service-specific requirements, and opportunities for standardization and reuse.
3. Agile Delivery, Testing, and Implementation
  • Work within Agile or hybrid delivery environments to support product development and service implementation.
  • Contribute to product backlog management, backlog refinement, prioritization, estimation, and sprint planning.
  • Coordinate business requirements and clarifications with development, UX, architecture, data, privacy, security, accessibility, and testing teams.
  • Support test planning, test scenario development, requirements-based testing, defect triage, and business acceptance testing.
  • Validate that delivered functionality meets approved business requirements and acceptance criteria.
  • Maintain requirements traceability throughout development, testing, release, and implementation.
  • Support release readiness, implementation planning, operational handover, and post-implementation activities.
  • Coordinate business and technical deliverables to ensure dependencies are managed and delivery milestones are met.
4. Stakeholder Engagement and Communication
  • Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, requirements walkthroughs, and validation sessions.
  • Engage business, policy, program, operational, legal, privacy, security, accessibility, and technology stakeholders to establish shared understanding.
  • Translate complex business needs into clear technical requirements and communicate technical concepts in business-friendly language.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations, negotiate requirements, resolve conflicting priorities, and obtain agreement on proposed solutions.
