Senior Business Analyst

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our team and act as a Subject Matter Expert for specific modules of our Product, working closely with technical and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

Working hours: 10 AM - 7 PM UA Kyiv time.

Responsibilities

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert for specific modules of the Product
• Analyze back-end specifications and API technologies to support product development
• Retrieve and validate data from databases using SQL queries
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine business requirements
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to align on product goals and priorities
• Support the design of web applications from a business analysis perspective
• Maintain composure and effectiveness in high-pressure situations
• Participate in regular paid overtimes as required

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Experience in API technologies such as REST
• Familiarity with back-end specifications, including XML and JSON, is preferable
• Knowledge of relevant database concepts and proficiency in SQL queries
• Expertise in web applications design
• Great communication skills
• Stress resilience
• English level B2 and higher
