Senior Business Analyst

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to help shape and deliver a web and mobile field inspection and reporting platform by defining clear requirements and enabling effective solutions. You will partner with stakeholders and delivery teams to drive continuous improvement and ensure roadmap goals are met.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery with stakeholders to elicit, clarify, and prioritize business needs
• Document business requirements and process workflows with high accuracy and traceability
• Facilitate requirements workshops and align outcomes with product objectives
• Create and refine user stories, functional specifications, and supporting artifacts
• Translate requirements into actionable deliverables for development and support teams
• Analyze business processes and data to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements
• Support roadmap and backlog creation and ensure milestones are feasible and measurable
• Coordinate with product and technical roles to validate scope, assumptions, and dependencies
• Contribute to project planning, risk management, and change management activities
• Monitor product performance and communicate progress, risks, and decisions to leadership
• Stay current on industry practices and recommend tools and methods to improve analysis

Requirements

• 3+ years of business analysis experience on complex, enterprise software products
• Strong project planning skills, including risk and change management support
• Advanced requirements elicitation skills across processes, data, and system integrations
• Solid Agile and Waterfall methodology knowledge and practical application
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps, Balsamiq, and MS Office Suite
• Strong database knowledge, including MySQL, database concepts, and JSON data storage
• Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving skills with critical thinking and attention to detail
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2)
