Senior Business Analyst

Contract We're seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join a large enterprise environment on an initial 6-month contract.

Working closely with business stakeholders, you'll be responsible for understanding current-state processes, facilitating workshops, gathering and documenting requirements, and supporting the delivery of key business initiatives.

This role requires someone who can confidently engage across multiple stakeholder groups and translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements.

Key Skills & Experience

• Proven Business Analysis experience within complex organisations
• Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills
• Requirements gathering, process mapping and documentation experience
• Experience producing business requirements, functional specifications and process documentation
• Ability to work across both business and technology teams
• Strong communication and relationship management skills

Highly Desirable

• Experience within healthcare, aged care, or a related industry
• Exposure to funding, claims, or finance-related business processes
• Experience working with VCare
• Exposure to GreenTree, IBM, or similar enterprise platforms

Contract Details

• Initial 6-month contract
• Hybrid working model (3 days per week in the office)
• Auckland based
