Roles & Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements from banking clients and stakeholders.
• Prepare BRDs, FRDs, User Stories, process flows, and functional specifications.

• Payments- International and Domestic Payments
• SWIFT Message 103,102,940,950, Free Format
• API, Integration implementation projects
• Regulatory Reporting
• Securities –Equity, Bonds, Zero Coupon Bonds
• Engineered an AI-driven Root Cause Analysis (RCA) Assistant that analyses system logs, error reports, and bug tickets to accelerate debugging and decrease Mean Time to Resolution (MTTR).
• Cash Management, Virtual account management
• Accounts-Term Deposit, Current accounts and Saving accounts, Nostro Accounts, Overdraft Accounts
• Withdrawals, Deposits, Amount Block, Account Statement, Account Signature,360 Degree View, Corporate Teller, Data Entry, Statement
• Understand banking processes such as Deposits, Loans, Payments, and Customer Onboarding.
• Work on Core Banking platforms such as Temenos T24, Finacle, FLEXCUBE, or similar.
• Analyze existing processes and identify gaps and areas for improvement.
• Work with technology teams to define APIs, integrations, and system interfaces.
• Work in Agile/Scrum teams and participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and other Agile ceremonies.
• Coordinate with development and QA teams to ensure requirements are correctly implemented.

Skills and Requirements:

• 10+ Years of experience in Core Banking Product FLEXCUBE and with experience in Finacle core banking product
• 6 years of experience in Managing Core Banking Product and Report Implementation & Change Management projects
• Working closely with Bank’s Back-office operations teams and with End Users
• Strong Business Analysis experience in Banking/Financial Services.
• Core Banking domain knowledge (Deposits, Loans, Payments, Customer Onboarding).
• Requirement gathering, BRD, FRD, User Stories, and Process Mapping.
• Experience with Core Banking platforms (Temenos T24, Finacle, Oracle FLEXCUBE, or similar).
• API, integration, and system interface understanding.
• SQL for data analysis and validation.
• Agile/Scrum methodology, UAT support, and stakeholder management.
• Strong communication, documentation, and client-facing skills.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
