Senior Business Analyst - Financial Crime

Salary: $950+super

About the role

We are seeking experienced Senior Business Analysts to join a major Financial Crime transformation program, delivering critical initiatives across AML reform, transaction monitoring and enterprise-wide regulatory change.

Key responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering and business analysis across Financial Crime programs

• Partner with AML, Compliance, Risk, Operations and Technology teams

• Facilitate workshops and translate regulatory obligations into business requirements

• Support the delivery of transaction monitoring, KYC, CDD and financial crime risk solutions

• Develop process maps, business requirements, user stories and target state designs

• Drive stakeholder engagement across large-scale enterprise initiatives

About you

• 8+ years' Business Analysis experience within Banking or Financial Services

• Strong Financial Crime domain expertise

• Proven experience delivering AML Reform programs

• Proven experience delivering Transaction Monitoring transformations

• Proven experience delivering KYC and Customer Due Diligence initiatives

• Proven experience delivering Financial Crime risk and compliance programs

• Experience working on complex enterprise transformation programs

• Exceptional stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills

• Ability to bridge business, risk, compliance and technology teams
