Your new role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with strong integration and data experience to support the delivery phase of a major transformation programme. This is a hands on role where you'll bridge the gap between business and technology teams, ensuring requirements are understood, traceable and successfully delivered through design, build, testing and deployment. You will work closely with project managers, architects, delivery partners, integration specialists, data teams and testing teams to deliver successful business outcomes.

Your new role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with strong integration and data experience to support the delivery phase of a major transformation programme. This is a hands on role where you'll bridge the gap between business and technology teams, ensuring requirements are understood, traceable and successfully delivered through design, build, testing and deployment. You will work closely with project managers, architects, delivery partners, integration specialists, data teams and testing teams to deliver successful business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead business analysis activities across integration and data workstreams
- Ensure end to end traceability of business and solution requirements
- Translate business needs into clear, implementable technical requirements
- Support data migration, integrations, APIs and enterprise system implementation
- Collaborate with delivery teams, architects, vendors and business stakeholders
- Support System Integration Testing (SIT), defect resolution and deployment activities
- Manage requirements, traceability matrices and change impacts
- Identify delivery risks, gaps and dependencies across multiple workstreams
- Contribute to agile ceremonies using Jira, Confluence and Azure DevOps
- 5+ years' experience as a Senior Business Analyst within complex ICT or transformation programmes
- Proven experience supporting delivery and implementation phases rather than discovery
- Strong background in enterprise platforms, ERP or SaaS environments
- Experience with integrations, enterprise data and non functional requirements
- Solid understanding of System Integration Testing and defect management
- Experience working within agile or hybrid delivery environments
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps or similar delivery tools
- Experience in the New Zealand public sector will be highly regarded
- Exposure to business intelligence, analytics, infrastructure or security projects is advantageous
- Contract until 23 December 2026
- Immediate start available
- $125 per hour
