We’re looking for a talented professional to help us keep the good energy flowing.
As our Senior Business Analyst, you'll lead discovery, analysis and solution design activities across complex technology initiatives. You'll work closely with business and technology teams to understand current environments, identify impacts, define requirements, and ensure solutions are practical, supportable and aligned to operational needs.
This is not a traditional process-focused BA role. You'll enjoy getting into the detail of systems, integrations, data flows, legacy platforms and operational impacts while maintaining a strong focus on business outcomes.
You'll be involved in:
- Leading discovery and analysis across complex systems, applications, integrations and data environments.
- Defining business, technical, data and non-functional requirements.
- Assessing operational impacts, risks, dependencies and readiness requirements.
- Supporting testing, validation and acceptance activities.
- Facilitating conversations between business leaders, subject matter experts, architects, developers, testers and vendors.
- Helping shape implementation, readiness and change activities.
- Providing leadership, mentoring and coaching to other Business Analysts and team members.
This role can be based at our Bell Block or Hamilton offices (with the ability to work from home a couple of days per week).

Along with your relevant qualifications, we're looking for someone who combines strong analytical capability with excellent relationship-building skills.
You'll likely have:
- 7+ years experience as a Business Analyst in complex technology environments.
- Strong technical and data analysis capability.
- Experience working with integrations, data migration, reporting or legacy system environments.
- The ability to translate complex technical information into practical business outcomes.
- Excellent facilitation, stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Experience mentoring or coaching others and helping build capability within teams.
- A collaborative approach and comfort working through ambiguity and complexity.
