Senior Business Analyst for Automation Team
Summary
Senior Business Analyst joining APWTech's automation team in Ortigas, Metro Manila, gathering and modeling business/technical requirements, documenting processes, and QA-testing IT applications, with a strong ServiceNow focus. Requires 8+ years in business analysis, 5+ years in process design and QA, and hands-on ServiceNow experience.
Salary: ₱100,000 – ₱140,000 per month
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business Management, Accounting, or any related course
At least 8 years of solid experience in business analysis
5 years of experience in designing and documenting business processes
5 years of experience in quality assurance and testing IT applications
Proven experience with business and technical requirements analysis, elicitation, modeling, verification, and methodology development
Experience overseeing the design, development, and implementation of software and hardware solutions, systems, or products.
Proven experience in business analysis on ServiceNow products
Experience in using ServiceNow as an application and has high level but relevant knowledge on how ServiceNow is utilized by different business and technical domains
Experience in being involved in governance boards and committees and running workshops with similar audience
