Senior Business Analyst
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a critical Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) programme. This is a high-impact, 9-month contract based in Napier, requiring someone who can hit the ground running on a large-scale business system transformation.
To be successful, you will bring:
Proven ERP expertise: Solid experience working on ERP implementations or major business system changes.
End-to-end BA skills: Ability to lead requirements gathering, process mapping (As-Is/To-Be), and stakeholder workshops.
Financial acumen: Strong understanding of finance processes, reporting structures, budgeting, and General Ledger (GL) systems.
Implementation support: Experience supporting testing cycles, change management, and business readiness activities.
Communication: Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate technical complexities for non-technical audiences.
