Salary: $70,000 per month

The Environment

We are representing a high-performing, aggressively growing Group AI Department within a leading retail conglomerate. This is not a conservative, slow-moving corporate environment. The team tackles highly complex backend and frontend analytics projects. We are looking for adaptable, sharp, and proactive Business Analysts who want to fundamentally re-engineer processes and achieve 10x–20x productivity increases.

Responsibilities

• Analyze Complex Systems: Investigate ambiguous problems and heavily complex business logic for frontend and backend analytics projects.

• Deconstruct Business Logic: Unpack and document intricate business rules, data sets, and calculations to link business requirements directly to technical systems.

• Produce Professional Documentation: Act as a "professional writer" for the team, creating exceptionally clear, top-tier documentation that both commercial and technical teams can easily comprehend.

• Leverage Agentic AI: Actively identify opportunities and experiment with AI tools to break down existing processes, automate workflows, and drive exponential productivity gains.

• Lead and Bridge Teams: Take full charge in meetings, acting as the definitive bridge between technical developers and commercial stakeholders without acting as a passive order-taker.

Requirements

• Proven Complexity Management: Demonstrated experience handling exceptionally complicated data and calculations. (Candidates with only simple project experience will not be considered).

• Sharp & Adaptable: Must be a highly proactive, out-of-the-box thinker who can survive an aggressive and fast-paced corporate environment.

• Strong Product Focus: Deep understanding of the products you work on, with the ability to confidently speak the same language as technical and commercial teams.

• Assertive Communication: Confidence to take charge, facilitate difficult discussions, and actively push back on stakeholders when necessary.

• Location & Language: Must be based in Hong Kong with a valid working visa. Cantonese is highly preferred, but not strictly necessary for exceptionally talented candidates.
