Senior Business Analyst, Healthcare Payor

We are looking for Sr. Business Analyst (Healthcare Payor) to join our team to drive growth and be part of the Managed Care group focused on delivering innovative solutions to our healthcare payer clients. The role will work very closely with the product development, implementation and QA teams to craft unique healthcare solutions using the Claims Administration Platform (CAP) and Conduent’s other proprietary solution offering for the Healthcare value chain.

Responsibilities

• Interact with clients and potential clients in order to understand their business requirements
• Provide solutions based on leveraging existing technology, functionality, and processes
• Provide solutions based on designing CAP system enhancements
• Interact with development teams in order to ensure that solutions are executed properly
• Work with account management teams to seek inputs and provide advisory services when required
• Analyze competition and industry trends and provide inputs to improve functionality of the CAP
• Participate in client implementations

Qualifications:

• Degree or equivalent
• Strong Healthcare Payor experience, Third Party Administration experience is required.
• Deep experience with at least one Health Claims Platform during the past 5 years (ie. HealthEdge, Facets or similar)
• Experience of at least one end-to-end CAP (Claims Administration Platform) implementation in the past 5 years
• Thorough understanding of the Healthcare value chain and associated third party vendors
• In depth understanding of the end to end project lifecycle
• Understanding of the importance for detail and organization
• Very good prioritization skills to balance key priorities
• A strong customer centric approach.
