Summary
The role is crucial for driving a strategic IAM/IGA transformation program within the Insurance Business Unit of an international insurance group. The main objective is to implement a unified business role model, transition existing roles, and effectively deploy a target platform.
Responsibilities:
Analyze existing authorization models, entitlements, and organizational structures
Assess and prepare the migration of existing SailPoint-based business roles
Conduct workshops with business departments, IT, security, and governance stakeholders
Gather, analyze, and document business and regulatory requirements
Define and further develop business roles, role standards, and governance policies
Perform and support role mining, role analysis, and optimization activities
Define ownership models, lifecycle processes, and approval workflows
Create user stories, business concepts, process descriptions, and migration specifications
Support testing, pilot implementations, migrations, and rollout activities
Work closely with project management, architecture, test management, and business teams
Key Requirements:
Several years of experience as a Business Analyst in complex IAM, IGA, UAM, or Access Management projects
Proven experience in transformation, migration, or rollout programs within large enterprise environments
Strong understanding of Identity Governance, entitlement management, and role-based access concepts
Experience in business role management, role mining, or entitlement analysis
Experience facilitating and moderating workshops with diverse stakeholder groups
Experience creating business concepts, requirements documentation, user stories, and process documentation
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Structured, self-driven, and solution-oriented working style
Professional-level English
German language skills (nice-to-have)
Nice to Have:
Experience with One Identity, SailPoint, Nexis, or comparable IGA solutions
Experience in the insurance, financial services, or other regulated industries
Knowledge of governance, compliance, and Segregation of Duties (SoD) requirements
Experience with Azure DevOps, SAP, Active Directory, or comparable enterprise environments
