ROLE OVERVIEW
The successful individual, comfortable in engaging with stakeholders at all levels of the organization recognizes the art of facilitation as one of the key skills of a business analyst and passionately lives the belief that technology not just enables business, but will increasingly become one of the key drivers of successful 21st century businesses .
Prioritization of requirements, and the documentation thereof in a manner that is comprehensive enough to reflect understanding of business requirements while at the same time concise enough to be used as input into architecture and design decisions, while assisting in the formulation of test cases are skills that greatly enhance the analysis experience.
Significant experience in iterative methodologies could well be the deal clincher.

Minimum Education
Matric
Degree in IT/or equivalent qualification
FTI Diploma
Minimum Experience
- 5 years + as a Business Analyst with extensive experience on multiple software development projects.
Preferably in a banking, insurance & telecoms industry with a working knowledge of collections activities, processes and strategies.- 5 years + experience in the formulation of use case narratives and user stories
- 5 years + working experience with modelling languages such as UML, BPMN and IDEF0.
Experience in SDLC methodologies such AGILE (SCRUM), Scaled AGILE, DAD, RUP, Waterfall
