Total Experience Required: 12–14 years of overall relevant experience.
BFSI Experience (Mandatory): Minimum 8–10 years of BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) experience, within the most recent years of their career, is mandatory.
Location: Open — candidate can be based at any of our India delivery locations, with a preference for Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, or Chennai.
Engagement Duration: 1 year+ (this is expected to be a multi-year engagement).
Notice Period: Immediate joiners strongly preferred. Candidates with a notice period of up to 30 days maximum will be considered — this is a firm requirement with no exceptions.

Role Overview

A Senior BA with Insurance domain expertise, particularly in Life Insurance, and expertise in Policy Servicing business processes and the systems involved. A strong transformation background is required, and prior experience at a large global bank is preferred. Awareness of the client's core systems and ways of operating is preferred. The ability to manage senior stakeholders is key.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, document, and validate requirements for Life Insurance Policy Servicing transformation initiatives
  • Support process and systems analysis across Policy Servicing workstreams
  • Manage senior stakeholder engagement throughout the transformation programme
  • Contribute insurance domain expertise to shape solution and process design
  • Support delivery tracking and requirement validation across the project lifecycle
