Leads requirements gathering, stakeholder workshops, user stories, UAT and go-live readiness across business, operations and technology teams; requires 5+ years BA experience and insurance/financial services domain knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead requirements gathering, analysis and documentation
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and process mapping
- Develop user stories, acceptance criteria and process flows
- Support and coordinate UAT across business teams
- Drive operational readiness and go-live activities
- Partner with business, product and technology stakeholders
- 5+ years' experience as a Senior Business Analyst
- Insurance or financial services experience is essential
- Strong requirements gathering and process analysis skills
- Hands-on UAT and testing experience
- Experience delivering complex transformation initiatives
- Strong Agile delivery experience
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- General insurance or motor insurance experience highly regarded
