Senior Business Analyst
Summary
A Senior Business Analyst at Integrated Health Plans gathers and documents business requirements (SOW, BRD), coordinates and tracks change requests, and supports QA and UAT for web, portal, and mobile products. Reports to the Product Manager in an Agile environment at the Paya Lebar (Singapore) office.
Key Responsibilities
Report directly to the Product Manager and support day-to-day product and project activities
Engage with business users and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements
Collate and prepare Scope of Work (SOW) documents
Translate SOW and business needs into clear Business Requirement Documents (BRD)
Communicate and clarify requirements with developers and technical teams
Work closely with Quality Analysts (QA) to support internal testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

Coordinate and track Change Requests (CRs), ensuring:
Clear scope definition
Agreed timelines and deadlines
Strict follow-up until completion
Assist in project coordination activities such as timeline tracking, dependency management, and issue escalation

Ensure deliverables align with agreed requirements, timelines, and quality standards
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Project Coordinator, or similar role
Background or strong knowledge in Information Technology (IT)
Good understanding of Agile methodology

Hands-on experience working with:
Websites
Web portals (SaaS platforms)
Mobile applications
Strong documentation skills (SOW, BRD, functional requirements)
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple change requests and deadlines concurrently
