The Senior Business Analyst plays a key role in driving business improvement, transformation and change initiatives by partnering with stakeholders to understand operational challenges and deliver effective solutions. This role involves analysing business processes, systems and data, developing improvement strategies, and providing expert advice to support the implementation of new technologies, tools and ways of working.

Working closely with senior leadership and project teams, the position leads business analysis activities, develops key project artefacts, facilitates change communications and identifies opportunities to enhance organisational capability. This role offers the opportunity to influence strategic direction, deliver meaningful improvements and contribute to the ongoing evolution of business operations within a complex government environment.
