Technical Business Analyst - London Market Insurance
You'll join a central transformation team delivering a broad range of strategic initiatives across this insurance business, including:
System integrations and API-led solutions
Data migration and data transformation programmes
Technology-enabled business change
Enterprise-wide strategic projects
This is a role for someone who can operate comfortably between business and technology teams, translating complex requirements into practical solutions whilst influencing stakeholders across the organisation.
A key focus will be:
SQL-driven data analysis and validation
Data mapping, migration and reconciliation activities
API and systems integration analysis
Working with architects, developers and technical delivery teams
Leading analysis activities across large, complex programmes
You'll also have the opportunity to mentor other Business Analysts, drive best practice and take a leadership role across multiple project workstreams.

What you'll need:
5+ years' experience as a BA or Technical BA
Strong SQL and data analysis skills
Experience with data mapping, migration and reconciliation
Experience defining APIs, integrations and technical requirements
Strong Lloyd's / London Market Insurance experience
