Senior Business Analyst – IT Process Automation

Key Responsibilities
Review current workflows and define improved target processes.
Gather and translate business requirements into clear requirements for the IT team.
Work closely with Manufacturing, Production, Finance, and IT stakeholders.
Facilitate workshops and align business and technical teams.
Support UAT, implementation, and continuous process improvement.
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Process Improvement, or a related role.
Solid understanding of Manufacturing Order Management, Production, and Finance processes.
Experience with ERP, automation, or system implementation projects.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
Good command of English.
