Senior Business Analyst

We, at Khatabook, are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to help streamline our Lending Operations strategy and processes with the help of robust metric tracking, new insights and experiments.

Responsibilities:

• Help improve data collection, data coverage and visibility to drive deeper insights on relevant metrics related to productivity and efficiency of different operational teams.
• Enable senior leadership decision-making by streamlining measurement of KPI's, identify it's key drivers by building causal models, communicating key metrics and business trends to leadership teams.
• Actively work on analysis, creating dashboards, and evaluating experiments with the help of senior team members.

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of experience in Analytics.
• Prior experience in any one of Operations, Customer Experience or Product Analytics is a plus.
• Technical capabilities: Proficient in SQL and Excel.
• Strong working experience with BI tools (Tableau, QlikView, Power BI, Cognos, BO, Pentaho, etc. )
• Strong understanding of statistics and experience with statistical analysis.
• Strong quantitative abilities, distinctive problem-solving and excellent analysis skills.
• Strong organisational, communication, presentation and project management skills.
• Background in statistical modelling and experience with statistical/scripting tools such as R, Python, Spark, SAS or SPSS is a plus.
