Senior Business Analyst
Key responsibilities
Prepare detailed user requirements for EB business across Sales, Underwriting, Administration, Claim, Finance, and customer service
Work with business team to prepare test plan and conduct UATs with business teams based on project requirement scope for EB end to end flow
Work with IT to walkthrough UAT results with business team, comparing to requirement scope, to get UAT signoff
Support projects related to EB automation and digital adoption to uplift EB branding and improve distributor and customer experience
Deliver quality outputs for projects and tasks assigned
About you
Bachelor degree required, preferably in Business Information Systems, Information Technology, Mathematics or Statistics
Strong analytical mind, interpretation and problem solving capability
Possess business senses
Minimum 3-5 years' experience on business analysis or quality assurance team
Good communication skill to work with business and IT
Experience on EB industry is preferred but life or general insurance experience also acceptable
Team player who can work together and co-ordinate well with other teams
Able to meet tight deadlines and manage to work under a fast-paced environment
Good written skill as well as can articulate clearly and logically
Fewer experience will be considered a Business Analyst
