Summary
12-month contract (outside IR35) Senior Business Analyst supporting delivery in the Land Register domain for the UK public sector, hybrid in Edinburgh or Glasgow. Day to day involves facilitating workshops, mapping processes and stakeholders, writing user stories, and applying Agile approaches to digital service delivery.
Role: Senior Business Analyst
Contract Length: 12 Months with possible extension
Location: Hybrid/Edinburgh or Glasgow - Onsite collaboration when required depending on project/team requirements
IR35: Outside
Pay Rate to Intermediary: £390.50 per day
Security Clearance: BPSS

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST
An experienced Senior Business Analyst is required to support the continued delivery within the Land Register domain (LR).
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE OF THE SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST
- Knowledge of Scottish land registration processes
- Presenting and conversing on land registration concepts with domain experts
- Confident facilitating detailed collaborative workshops with customers and established cross-functional teams
- Collaborative mindset seeking advice and input from a wide array of stakeholders across the customer and internal ecosystem
- Working knowledge of Agile approaches in the design and delivery of digital services
- Ability to support the decision-making process through the effective synthesis of information from a wide array of sources
- Experience synthesising complex information into clear and compelling visual stories
- Experience mapping stakeholders, impact, processes, and land registration value streams
- Excellent collaboration, communication and teamwork skills
- Writing of user stories and formal acceptance criteria
