Demonstrated experience as a Senior Business Analyst, typically with more than five years working in transformation programmes or complex change environments
Proven ability to lead requirements activities end-to-end, translating complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements and impact assessments that inform solution design across process, technology and data.
Experience applying process analysis and business architecture approaches, including mapping current and future state processes, identifying capability gaps, and ensuring alignment to enterprise standards and operating model design
Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, from business teams to subject matter experts and technology partners
Experience working in agile or hybrid delivery environments, using work management and collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence to support alignment and delivery
A problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail, an outcomes-driven approach, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with confidence.
