Senior Business Analyst

A leading organization in the retail sector is undergoing a large-scale transformation of its reporting landscape, moving from legacy BI tools toward a modern data warehouse and Power BI ecosystem.

The role focuses on analyzing and rationalizing existing reports while supporting the design of future-state reporting aligned with business and data strategy.

Requirements

· Analyze and document existing reporting landscape and usage

· Evaluate and rationalize reports based on business relevance and usage

· Facilitate stakeholder workshops to validate reporting needs

· Gather requirements and support design of future Power BI reports

· Collaborate with data and technical teams on:

o Data lineage

o Data models

o Reporting structures

· Support planning, estimation, and documentation activities

· Ensure alignment with governance and metadata standards

Must Have

· Strong experience as Business Analyst in retail environment

· Experience with data warehouse and BI/reporting ecosystems

· Exposure to report rationalization or BI transformation programs

· Understanding of data, KPIs, and reporting logic

· Experience working with business stakeholders and workshops

· Fluent in Dutch and English

Nice to Have

· Experience with SAP BO and Power BI

· Exposure to metadata and data governance tools

· Knowledge of data modeling concepts

· Strong stakeholder communication and facilitation skills

· Analytical and structured mindset

· Ability to work across business and technical teams

· Proactive and solution-oriented approach
