As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that business needs are effectively translated into actionable project plans. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring clarity and completeness. - Develop Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and facilitate discussions to validate requirements with stakeholders. - Conduct gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current and desired states, providing recommendations for process improvements. - Utilize Agile and Waterfall methodologies to manage project lifecycles and deliver solutions that meet business objectives. - Engage in stakeholder management to ensure alignment and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. - Leverage GenAI and LLM technologies to enhance automation and improve business processes. - Drive process improvement initiatives to optimize workflows and increase efficiency.
