As a Senior Business Analyst in the Product Control team, you will be part of a multi-year change programme transforming finance data infrastructure and control processes across Global Markets. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders in Krakow, London, and beyond — bridging business, risk, and IT teams to implement robust data governance, P&L explain improvements, and operational model changes.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring accurate financial reporting and in supporting process automation by analysing exceptions, improving tooling, and driving data quality enhancements.

- Proven experience (5+ years) in project delivery within a Markets and Securities Services environment.
- Hands-on exposure to data quality, governance, and process improvement initiatives.
- Understanding of Global Market Products, P&L, and valuation concepts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Part-qualified accountant (e.g., ACCA, CIMA) desirable.
- Familiarity with project lifecycle frameworks and change delivery methodologies preferred.
