Position Summary:-

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst who can effectively bridge business requirements and application delivery. The role requires a strong understanding of business processes, application workflows, system interactions, data flows and integration points. The candidate should be comfortable discussing requirements with business stakeholders as well as working closely with development, architecture, testing and other IT teams to translate business needs into practical system solutions.

System & Application Understanding:-

• Strong ability to understand application architecture at a functional level, system interfaces, data movement and integration dependencies.
  • Ability to understand services/APIs exposed and consumed between applications and discuss integration requirements with technical teams.
  • Ability to analyze application behavior and help identify whether an issue originates from business rules, data, process, interface/integration or application functionality.
  • Comfortable working with developers and other IT teams during requirement clarification, solution design and issue analysis.
  • Ability to read and interpret system/interface specifications and translate them into business impact.

Technical & Analytical Skills:-

• Working knowledge of SQL for understanding/querying data is highly desirable.
  • Good understanding of APIs, web services and application integrations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Visio.
  • Ability to create process flows, system interaction diagrams, data flows, power platform and functional documentation.
  • Good understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile/Scrum methodology.
