Senior Business Analyst

• Experience gathering, analysing and documenting business requirements (BRDs).
  

• Strong stakeholder management and requirements validation skills.
  

• Experience preparing Business Cases, Project Charters and project documentation.
  

• Ability to assess upstream/downstream system impacts and dependencies.
  

• Experience collaborating with IT teams to ensure successful implementation.
  

• Experience organising steering committees and supporting project governance.
  

• Hands-on experience with UAT, test case preparation and regression testing.
  

• Knowledge of Data Governance, Data Warehousing (DWH) and reporting.
  

• Experience creating user documentation and delivering application training.
  

• Strong communication, coordination and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  

Requirements

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience in Business Analysis.
  

• Experience working on at least 3 Business Analysis projects.
  

• English proficiency: B2/C1 level.
  

• Education: Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  

  • Alternatively, candidates without a relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree may qualify with at least 7 years of equivalent professional experience.
    

Nice-to-Have Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the Banking industry.
  

• French proficiency: B2 level.
