About the role

As our team continues to grow, we’re looking for multiple experienced Business Analysts and Senior Business Analysts to join Novvan Victoria and support a range of exciting projects and initiatives.

This is a great opportunity to bring your BA expertise to a complex, fast-moving environment where you’ll work closely with business and technical stakeholders to shape requirements, improve processes and help deliver practical solutions.

What You'll Do

• Partner with stakeholders to elicit, analyse and document business requirements, ensuring business needs and objectives are clearly understood.

• Analyse and model current and future-state business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimisation.

• Facilitate workshops, meetings and presentations to gather information, validate requirements and communicate findings.

• Translate complex information into clear requirements, process documentation, reports and recommendations.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure proposed solutions meet business and operational requirements.

• Support project planning, delivery and performance monitoring.

• Develop, update and maintain standard operating procedures and other key documentation.

• Prioritise initiatives based on business needs, requirements and project objectives.

• Maintain accurate documentation of requirements, decisions, project activities and solutions.

• Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders, users and project teams.

• Lead or support project-based initiatives as required

About You

You will bring:

• Solid experience working as a Business Analyst, ideally within a complex technology, infrastructure or project environment.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving and conceptual thinking skills.

• Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to translate complex information into clear, actionable requirements.

• Demonstrated experience developing business requirements, process maps, reports and project documentation.

• Strong facilitation and presentation skills.

• Excellent planning, organisation and time-management skills.

• Proficiency across Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Outlook and Project.

• Experience in hardware or asset management would be highly regarded.
