Position: Senior Business Analyst, Operational Excellence

Salary: Up to $6,260 per month

Location: Near Expo MRT

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain operational KPIs and scorecard reporting, including definitions, targets, calculations, reporting frequency and data sources.

• Analyse KPI performance and identify areas that require corrective action.

• Analyse operational data and trends to uncover improvement opportunities.

• Develop value stream maps and process maps to identify inefficiencies and streamline workflows.

• Drive digitalisation and automation initiatives through applications and workflow platforms.

• Design and implement solutions using tools such as PowerApps, Power Automate, RPA and other automation technologies.

• Develop and utilise operational dashboards to identify focus areas and drive performance improvement.

• Work closely with internal IT teams and customers on system changes, improvements and new operational parameters.

• Follow improvement initiatives through from analysis and recommendation to implementation.

• Share best practices and contribute ideas to improve overall team and operational performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Engineering or a related discipline.

• Preferably at least 2 years of relevant working experience.

• Hands-on experience with analytical/programming tools such as Python and R.

• Experience with visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

• Familiarity with RPA, PowerApps, Power Automate and other automation technologies.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; Access and VBA knowledge is advantageous.

• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, process mapping and value stream mapping is advantageous.

• Lean Six Sigma or Business Analytics qualifications will be an added advantage.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with good attention to detail.

• Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage multiple stakeholders.

• Self-motivated, resourceful and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.
