Senior Business Analyst (Oracle EBS/Fusion Cloud implementation)
Salary: ₱100,000 – ₱140,000 per month
About the Role
The Senior Business Analyst will drive business process improvement and ERP transformation initiatives by analyzing financial operations, defining business and functional requirements, and collaborating with business and technology stakeholders to deliver effective Oracle EBS and Fusion solutions.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Banking, Information Systems, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in business transformation, process improvement, and business/technical architecture in international environments.
5+ years of Oracle ERP (EBS/Fusion) Financials implementation experience, covering modules such as AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Payroll, and Pension.
Strong background in business analysis, requirements gathering, process design, implementation support, and documentation.
Knowledge of finance, procurement, project management, accounting, reporting, analytics, and ERP integrations.
Proficient in Oracle EBS, process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart, Pipefy), and Microsoft Office Suite.
Familiarity with SDLC principles and ERP ecosystems.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Banking sector and/or multilateral development bank experience is an advantage.
