What You’ll Do:
- Gather, analyze, and document reporting and analytics requirements.
- Work with functional and technical teams on Oracle Fusion reporting solutions.
- Create and maintain BI Publisher (BIP) reports, BICC extracts, and analytical dashboards.
- Translate process needs into technical reporting specs.
- Coordinate across Fusion SCM, Finance, Procurement, and HCM.
- Support data extraction, validation, reconciliation, and report testing.
- Monitor scheduled jobs and report runs (Control-M and Oracle schedulers).
- Partner with integration teams on OIC-based data movement for reporting.
- Write process docs, functional specs, and user training.
- Drive UAT, defect tracking, issue resolution, and production support.
- Use AI-enabled tools to speed documentation and analysis where useful.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years as a Business Analyst on Oracle Fusion / Oracle Cloud applications.
- Hands-on BI Publisher (BIP), BICC extracts, and OTBI.
- SQL / PL/SQL for report validation and data analysis.
- Experience working with Fusion functional teams (SCM, Finance, Procurement, or HCM).
- UAT, defect tracking, and production support for reports.
- Ability to work hybrid (3 days/week) in Durham / RTP, NC.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and REST/SOAP.
- Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
- Control-M (or equivalent enterprise scheduler).
- Fusion Analytics / FAW concepts.
- Strong documentation and stakeholder facilitation.
