Senior Business Analyst (Oracle PPM & EPM)
3 month CONTRACT
Must have hands-on experience with Oracle PPM & EPM
Hybrid working arrangement (3 days in Melbourne CBD)
Daily rate: $850 (inc SUPER)
ROLE OVERVIEW
Are you an experienced Senior Business Analyst with a specialized focus on Oracle Financial Systems and large-scale ERP transformations? We are urgently seeking a strategic and hands-on Senior BA to join a critical, fast-paced implementation project.
In this high-impact contract role, you will act as the crucial bridge between complex financial platforms and the end-users. You will play a pivotal part in driving project milestones from system integration through to final deployment by year-end. If you thrive in agile environments, excel at translating complex system workflows into digestible business processes, and have a strong background in enterprise planning frameworks, this is the perfect opportunity to make an immediate, tangible impact.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Guide and empower business stakeholders through comprehensive UAT preparation. You will drive detailed fit-gap analyses, rigorously comparing current "as-is" operational states against target financial ERP frameworks to ensure seamless alignment.
Evaluate and map holistic, end-to-end operational workflows. A key focus will be clearly delineating between automated, system-driven actions and manual, out-of-system tasks to optimize overall efficiency.
Partner closely with Organizational Change Management (OCM) leads. You will be responsible for thoroughly capturing, documenting, and articulating the operational impacts of newly designed workflows on the broader workforce.
Actively manage and push forward tight project timelines, ensuring readiness for system integration, championing crucial user testing phases slated for early Q4, and guaranteeing a smooth, fully supported go-live transition.
