Senior Business Analyst

Salary: ₱135,000 – ₱165,000 per month

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will serve as the key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring business needs are clearly defined, documented, and successfully translated into technology solutions.

You will collaborate closely with Business Users, IT Project Managers, Software Engineers, Quality Assurance teams, and Solution Architects to drive requirements gathering, process improvements, system enhancements, and successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead discussions with business users, IT teams, and external partners to gather and define business requirements.

• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for system enhancements and automation.

• Create and maintain business requirements documentation, including:

  • Functional Requirements

  • Business Requirements Documents (BRDs)

  • Use Cases

  • User Stories

  • Process Flows

  • Functional Specifications

• Facilitate decision-making sessions and ensure alignment between business and technical stakeholders.

• Define project scope, business requirements, system capabilities, and solution expectations.

• Collaborate with software development and quality assurance teams throughout the project lifecycle.

• Support and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.

• Research and analyze current systems and business processes to recommend improvements.

• Identify compliance and operational risks and work with stakeholders to mitigate vulnerabilities.

• Support internal and external audit requirements related to business applications and processes.

• Track project progress, communicate status updates, and escalate issues when necessary.

• Ensure delivered solutions align with business objectives and user expectations.

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum 6 years of experience in the software industry.

• At least 4 years of recent Business Analysis experience.

• Strong experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.

• Proficiency in:

  • Microsoft Word

  • Microsoft Excel

  • Microsoft Visio

  • Microsoft Project

Preferred

• Experience with:

  • Azure DevOps

  • Jira

• Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or regulated industries.

• Familiarity with SDLC methodologies, Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall frameworks.

Work Requirements

• Must be willing to work during US business hours (8:00 AM - 4:00 PM ET).

• 100% Work from Home setup

• Must be residing within Metro Manila or neighboring cities

• Must follow the client holiday calendar.

• Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection with a minimum speed of 10 Mbps.

• Must have a personal laptop capable of connecting to an Azure Cloud PC environment.
