Senior Business Analyst

Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a high-impact team delivering technology and digital initiatives that create meaningful outcomes for the organisation and its stakeholders.

Skills & Experience Required

• 5+ years' experience working in a Business Analyst or similar role with a strong track record of supporting high-impact technology and business initiatives.
• Strong workshop facilitation, requirements gathering and business analysis skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage confidently with both business and technical audiences.
• Experience working with cloud platforms preferably AWS or Azure, and exposure to the delivery of cloud-native services.
• Experience in mobile or web application development, SAS tools or data platforms.
• The ability to understand complex technical concepts and communicate them clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• A collaborative approach and demonstrated ability to build productive relationships across teams, projects and business areas.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced delivery environment.
• Exposure to Generative AI, particularly in relation to spec-driven practices, design-first delivery, software testing, or the safe and robust integration of AI tools into delivery lifecycles.
• Experience working with Salesforce platforms.
• Experience using Atlassian Jira and Confluence within Agile or spec-driven delivery environments.
