You will be:
- defining the analytical approach for the project, setting the direction and ensuring alignment with business objectives,
- contributing to large-scale, complex IT projects delivered by geographically distributed and culturally diverse teams,
- participating in the full software development lifecycle—from initial concept and development through implementation, further growth, and maintenance—often across multiple parallel workstreams,
- co-creating delivery plans and product roadmaps while balancing business priorities with project, operational, contractual, and technological constraints,
- representing the project team in interactions with internal and external stakeholders, providing the right level of information and influencing key business decisions,
- collaborating with business stakeholders to uncover their actual needs and validate proposed solutions,
- working closely with UX designers, architects, and development teams to shape solutions that meet business needs and are technically feasible,
- managing analytical complexity by identifying dependencies across modules, processes, and workstreams, ensuring consistency of requirements, and resolving potential conflicts.
Your profile:
- extensive experience as a Business Analyst and/or Product Owner, with a proven track record of delivering successful outcomes across different industries,
- hands-on experience in large-scale, complex IT projects delivered using Agile, hybrid, Waterfall, or other adaptable methodologies,
- strong technical understanding and experience working with complex platforms, allowing you to confidently navigate technical concepts and collaborate effectively with development teams,
- excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience leading cross-functional meetings, facilitating workshops, and engaging with stakeholders at all organizational levels,
- proven ability to select, tailor, and apply analysis tools and techniques to meet the specific needs of each project,
- ability to quickly understand industry-specific processes and terminology, adapt to different business domains, and provide relevant insights,
- confidence in working at the intersection of business and technology, translating business needs into solutions that are both valuable and technically feasible,
- a goal-oriented, independent, and confident approach, with the ability to remain focused and effective in dynamic, rapidly changing project environments,
- strong leadership and ownership skills, with the ability to foster collaboration and drive teams toward shared project goals,
- a strategic mindset and the ability to balance business priorities with technical, operational, and project constraints,
- familiarity with emerging technologies will be an advantage,
- fluent command of English,
- practical experience using AI-powered assistants (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot Chat, or similar) to improve productivity, quality, or decision-making in analysis and software delivery.
Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required.
Nice to have:
- experience with or a good understanding of mobile technology, specifically mobile networks, services, and provisioning,
- experience applying GenAI in a more structured way within the SDLC, including defined workflows, prompt patterns, or tool integrations embedded into daily analytical and documentation work,
- interest in and familiarity with emerging AI-driven practices (e.g. automation of analysis tasks, AI-supported documentation, or workflow optimization), with a willingness to explore and experiment beyond standard approaches.
