We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to support a project for a large UK energy retailer. The role will focus on translating workshop discussions and stakeholder input into clear, structured policy and process documentation across people, organisational and procurement areas.
Key responsibilities
- Participate in workshops and capture detailed information and decisions in real time.
- Prepare clear and well-structured policy and process documentation.
- Translate complex discussions into practical, easy-to-understand content.
- Coordinate document reviews and incorporate stakeholder feedback.
- Maintain accuracy and consistency across the documentation produced.
- Work closely with project team members and relevant business stakeholders.
What we are looking for
- At least 4 years of Business Analysis experience.
- Practical experience in preparing process, policy or operational documentation.
- Ability to capture and structure detailed information during live workshops.
- Strong written communication and attention to detail.
- Confidence working with multiple stakeholders and incorporating review comments.
- Professional command of English.
Project details
- Client: large UK energy retailer
- Location: Windsor, UK
- On-site presence: approximately every couple of weeks
- Start: as soon as possible
- Initial duration: approximately 6 months
- Candidate location: UK-based candidates are preferred; candidates based elsewhere in Europe may also be considered where regular travel to Windsor is feasible
