Senior Business Analyst / Project Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Own projects end to end — requirements discovery and scoping, planning, tracking milestones and keeping teams on time and on budget

· Partner with cross-functional teams to uncover, analyse and document business requirements — turning ambiguity into a clear, actionable delivery plan

· Translate business needs into crisp technical specifications, user stories and delivery roadmaps

· Champion data-driven solutions and gap analyses that streamline and elevate how we work

· Design and execute API test cases in Postman, and build advanced Excel models that turn data into decision-ready insight

· Drive sprint planning, backlog grooming and issue tracking in JIRA to keep delivery humming

· Manage timelines, dependencies and risks across concurrent work streams so analysis translates cleanly into delivery

· Rally stakeholders across finance, product and engineering around a shared vision and clear priorities

· Track KPIs, surface insights and proactively flag risks to steer strategic decisions

· Safeguard compliance and audit readiness through structured, high-quality documentation

REQUIREMENTS

· Minimum 10 years of experience spanning both Senior Business Analyst and Project Manager responsibilities

· Strong business analysis and project management skills - from requirements discovery through planning, prioritising and steering delivery across competing priorities

· Proven track record delivering projects and analysis in financial systems or Insurtech environments

· Exceptional communication -responsive, clear and confident with technical and business audiences alike

· Hands-on technical skills across Postman, Python, Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, dashboards) and JIRA

· Sharp analytical mindset paired with meticulous attention to detail

· Self-driven and thrives working independently in a fast-paced remote setup

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science or a related field
