Senior Business Analyst / Project Manager Perth, WA | 6 month temp contract OpportunityOur client is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst / Project Manager to lead a portfolio of business and technology transformation projects during a significant period of organisational change.
These projects involve system changes driven by legislative reform and a structural review, making this an excellent opportunity for a professional with experience delivering IT systems, business process, and organisational change initiatives.
About the Role
Working within a Digital Business Enablement environment, you will be responsible for managing complex projects from initiation through to delivery and close-out. Partnering with technical, operational, and business stakeholders, you will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to organisational objectives.
This role requires a strong combination of business analysis, project management, stakeholder engagement, and change management expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex projects involving system, process, and organisational change.
- Drive project planning, delivery, governance, and reporting activities.
- Gather, analyse, and document business and system requirements.
- Manage project scope, timelines, risks, budgets, and resources.
- Work closely with business, technical, and specialist stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes.
- Facilitate workshops and contribute to business improvement initiatives.
- Influence stakeholders and negotiate practical, workable outcomes.
- Support change management activities associated with new systems and organisational change.
- Proven experience in both Business Analysis and Project Management.
- Strong experience delivering IT systems, process improvement, and organisational/structural change projects.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with competing priorities.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Sound knowledge of project management methodologies and business improvement practices.
- Experience supporting organisations through periods of legislative, operational, or structural change.
- Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving capabilities.
