Senior Business Analyst / Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Business Analysis & Requirements: Collaborate with business specialists to elicit, review, and validate requirements; perform impact assessments and analyse "to-be" operational processes; define functional and non-functional requirements.
• Functional Design: Transition requirements clearly to system analysts, maintaining end-to-end traceability back to business objectives.
• Testing Support: Review test plans, support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and manage defect prioritisation and resolution.
• Project Management & Delivery: Lead end-to-end project delivery, develop project plans and timelines, manage scope, budget, and resources, and present status updates to governance forums

Requirements:

• About 10 years of business analysis experience, with a strong track record of delivering finance-related projects.
• Proficiency in data management, financial systems, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong command of MS Excel (including Macros), PowerPoint, SharePoint, and JIRA.
• Solid background in change management and project management fundamentals.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong leadership qualities, resilience, and the ability to navigate complex challenges.
