We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst specializing in Research and Development (R&D) within the pharmaceutical sector. **Key Responsibilities:**
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements related to R&D projects.
- Develop and maintain FRDs and BRDs to ensure clarity and alignment among project teams.
- Create detailed user stories that accurately reflect user needs and business objectives.
- Conduct data governance assessments to ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, to implement solutions that enhance R&D processes.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to drive consensus and gather feedback from stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and provide updates to management on key milestones and deliverables.
**Required Skills:**
